Article 1 — Subject
These terms govern the sale of bottles and service offerings (Workshops, Rentals) by the Establishment Atelier de la Route du Rhum through its digital platform.
Article 2 — The Conception Workshop
2.1. Levels and Progression: Access to levels 1 through 4 is strictly conditional on completion of the previous level within the Establishment.
2.2. Validity: Any purchased workshop is valid for 30 days (Discovery Workshop) and 6 months (Conception Workshop) from the order purchase date. After this period, access to the workshop is revoked without refund.
2.3. Identification: Identification by Client Code is mandatory for levels 1 to 4 of the Conception Workshop to certify the identity and progression of the participant.
Article 3 — Equipment Rental
Dame-Jeanne rental is subject to a strict guarantee protocol:
- •A deposit of €50 is required per unit upon provision.
- •Return must be made within 3 days after the event.
- •In case of delay or damage, the security deposit is permanently retained by the Establishment.
Article 4 — Investment and Payment
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. The Establishment distinguishes two pricing structures:

Payment is processed via the secure Stripe gateway. The order is sealed immediately upon payment confirmation.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, personalised products or dated service offerings (Workshops) are not subject to the right of withdrawal once execution has begun or the date has been reserved.
